Yes. I offer logo, pamphlet, flyer and business card design. We agree the audience, wording, visual direction, revisions, timing and price, then I deliver the completed digital files.

You choose your printing service. I prepare the approved files to the printer’s agreed size and file specifications. The design package covers digital delivery; you arrange printing directly with your chosen provider.

Yes. You can book me for a day, a trip, temporary cover or a defined project. There is no requirement to commit to ongoing support. The dates, work and fee are agreed for that assignment.

Start with what is stuck, what needs to be finished and any deadline. You do not need a polished brief or the right service name. We will help turn the need into a manageable assignment with a clear scope and a useful finished result.

We will discuss the need with you and confirm whether the work and timing fit. Brightly LLC then provides a written quote covering the assignment, fee, travel and required funds. Once the work is agreed, the agreement is signed and the required booking funds are received, we confirm the booking.

For Life with medie, yes: you work directly with me. Brightly LLC is the company providing the service and handling your quote, agreement, invoice and payments.

Before starting, I agree with you how and when you would like updates. At the end, I hand over the agreed work, explain what has been completed and identify any outstanding items. For work involving expenses, Brightly also provides the itemized account and receipts.

I can step into executive trips, temporary office cover, documents, meetings, events, everyday administration and defined projects. Tell me what needs doing and I’ll help work out the assignment.

A date request starts the conversation. We confirm availability and the assignment details with you directly, with the required booking funds in place.

The quote reflects the work, booked time, deliverables, deadline, location, access and travel. Records work also depends on the material and questions being examined. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise agreed in advance.

The agreed fee covers support during your booked time, including everyday requests that naturally arise: a reservation, a theater ticket, a meal order or an errand. The purchase itself is a separate expense. You will not be billed a separate service charge for every ordinary request.

Routine changes are part of the service. If you need extra time or a substantial change to the assignment, we agree any effect on price and timing with you before proceeding. Fair both ways: no padded hours, hidden charges or surprise additions.

Brightly LLC provides Life with medie and Examined by Brightly services. Your quote and agreement identify the work you are booking.

A travel booking requires 50% of the quoted service fee at booking, plus anticipated travel costs upfront if Brightly is booking the travel. Every booking also requires an agreed incidental-expense retainer. Your service deposit counts toward the service fee; expense funds pay actual expenses.

Before the assignment begins, unless other written terms have been agreed for an existing client. Your quote records the amounts and payment dates for the booking.

Use the payment instructions on your Brightly LLC invoice. Brightly confirms the available payment method before you commit.

On-site assignments across the United States, including traveling to or alongside an executive. Eugene, Oregon is the departure airport. Dates, destination and arrangements are confirmed for each assignment.

Yes. The quoted service fee includes the agreed travel time from Eugene and back. When you book a trip, you are buying that agreed time as a whole. Travel expenses are identified separately in the quote.

Yes. You can book the agreed arrangements directly, or Brightly can handle the bookings using prepaid travel funds. Flights, accommodation, ground transport and other anticipated costs are agreed before booking.

Ordinary delays are part of the booking. If a delay requires extra accommodation, transport or a substantial extension, we discuss the arrangements and costs with you and agree them before proceeding.

Every booking needs an agreed amount held by Brightly for incidentals. Purchases are paid directly by you or from these funded expenses. All purchases and travel are covered by funds provided in advance.

Purchasing authority, spending limits and an approvals contact are agreed before booking. Anything outside those limits needs your approval.

We let you know. Replenishment must be received before further purchases are made.

Yes. After the assignment you receive an itemized account of fees, expenses and retainer use, with receipts for expenses. Unused expense funds are returned within 7 business days unless you agree to leave them for your next booking.

More than 7 days before the agreed start, the service deposit is refunded less work already completed and unrecoverable travel costs. At 7 days or less, the 50% service deposit is retained and unrecoverable travel costs remain payable. Costs already paid are not charged twice; unused expense funds are reconciled separately.

We notify you promptly, and Brightly refunds fees for unperformed work and unused expense funds. Available refunds or credits for client-funded travel are returned or transferred where the travel provider permits.

The quote or agreement records the cancellation arrangements for nontravel work. Tell us promptly if dates need to change so we can confirm availability and any effect on arrangements before making new commitments.

I bring a Windows laptop and Android phone for Life with medie assignments. My technology support covers PC and Android; Apple or Mac support is not currently offered.

Tell us the systems, equipment and permissions the assignment requires. Compatibility, access, any orientation and additional costs are agreed before booking.

Yes. Existing clients with an active retainer can request help at any time. Email [email protected] with the task and deadline. We confirm completion timing around existing commitments. Brightly confirms the agreed service charge before work starts and deducts it from the retainer.

The finished practical work we agreed: cover, coordination, administration, document production or project support, with an organized handover of completed work and outstanding actions.

Yes. When you hire Life with medie, you have access to Examined by Brightly by default. If the work raises a file, proposal or idea to examine, we work out that piece and its fee together.
